The Frostbreath Fields You, fair workers, have been contracted by the people of The Frostbreath Fields to venture West. Your previous work has been eagerly observed by those in need of skills like yours. Here in the 3841st cycle, the date has been set to gather those recruited and finally set about the mission while conditions are fair. Regardless of where you are travelling from, all expenses to get you from where you were to Eastdrift have been covered for you.
The Service Agreements you signed before setting off state that if you fail to show for the meeting, all expenses allocated for your travel there will turn into a debt owed. They also state that all further details will be covered at the signing of your Employment Agreement as a group.
The “service” you currently agreed to is showing up at The Titan’s Tavern, Nuzex, Ynn 7th at around 15 Runs to meet Nigar. Do try not to keep him waiting, he has his own work to do.
You will all be starting in The Frostbreath Fields (I will finish the description when I get home sorry). It is one of the most tight-knit communities and in order to take on a job such as this, you will have to have grown up here or lived exclusively here for minimum of 5 years. You must have a neutral to positive reputation as an adventurer for hire, guard, escort, or other sort of occupation that would align with you taking this contract. Said contract is the equivalent of government grade. They expect you to be authoritative but discreet enough to not cause a panic on your journey.
- Trade of heating and cooling stones/crystals necessary for non-native races to survive in both The Frostbreath Fields and The Crimson Wastelands has been disrupted somewhere along the way
- The “along the way” mostly consists of The Cruel Haven which is mostly secluded pockets of settlements/villages with little to no outside communication with other places
- You are provided the detailed route the caravan takes but not required to follow it to a T
- You each have volunteered and been vetted separately but will be brought together for a final briefing as the start of Session 1
